we are happy to offer free shipping to customers in pan India. However, if you are located in a special zone, you may be required to pay an extra shipping charge.

Payment Policy

At Fashtsaly, we strive to make our products and services available to as many customers as possible, while also ensuring that our payment policies are fair and transparent. As part of this commitment, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for regular resellers/customers only.

 

Regular resellers are those who have established a business relationship with our company and have a history of timely payments and reliable business practices. We trust all resellers/customers and believe that they deserve the convenience of COD as a payment option. But We take fraud prevention and financial security very seriously, and we work hard to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure, and we strive to provide payment options that are convenient and secure for everyone.

 

For other new customers, we offer a variety of payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms. We understand that all customers are able to use COD,

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fashtsaly, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If you receive a product that is defective or wrong, we are happy to offer an exchange or return, provided you have a product opening video.

 

To qualify for an exchange or return, you must have recorded a video of yourself opening the product when you received it. This video must clearly show any defects or issues with the product, or any discrepancies between the product you received and the product you ordered. If you discover a defect or wrong product later on, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the product opening video. We will review the video and determine whether you are eligible for an exchange or return.

 

We understand that recording a product opening video may be an extra step, but it helps to protect both you and us in the event of any defects, issues or discrepancies with the product. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe that this policy helps to ensure a fair and transparent exchange/return process.

 

Please note that our exchange/return policy applies only to defective or wrong products. If you wish to exchange or return a product for any other reason, such as a change of mind or a different size or color preference, we may be able to accommodate your request, but additional fees and shipping costs may apply. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We strive to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience possible. To ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we have put in place the following cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation by the Customer:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our customer service team help.fashtsaly@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

 

Cancellation by the Company:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. In the event that we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

 

Refund Policy:

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order, if paid online.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and it has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return for a refund.

 

**Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Reseller Policy

Reseller Discount: A reseller who places orders on behalf of their customers will be eligible for a flat 10% discount on their order total.

 

Referral Discount: If a customer uses a reseller’s referral code at the time of purchase, they will be eligible for a discount of up to 5% on their order total.

 

Reseller Commission: If a customer uses a reseller’s referral code and makes a purchase, the reseller will be eligible for a commission of between 8% to 15% of the order total, depending on the product category.

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for the above benefits, a reseller must be registered on our platform and must have a minimum purchase history of minimum 3 orders on a month Or they should have their data where they are already doing reselling like WhatsApp group, Instagram page or any other platform.

 

Validity: The above policy is valid until further notice and is subject to change at our discretion.

Step 3: Fill out the form

 

After this process, our team contact with you, and within 12 hr our team provide you your login id & password. you can easily change your password.
